A restaurant without a hotel
The POS sells on its own — an outlet that is a customer in its own right, with no booking chart, no room, and every till, bill and day end working.
An account is a hotel, a restaurant, or both. A restaurant-only account sees the POS, its setup, its reports and its books — and never sees a booking chart, an arrivals list or a night audit, because it has none.
What had to be true
The audit trail, the till, the payment and the cancellation all assumed a hotel stood behind every outlet. Each was rewritten so that an outlet with no hotel can open a shift, take an order, accept money and close a day — and the test suite proves the standalone restaurant end to end.
What it gets
Everything the hotel's restaurant gets: tables, KOTs, the store, GST bills, tenders, discounts, day end, the aggregator door, the reports and the ledger. The subscription is the POS module and nothing else.
