The owner's question is never "what does the software do". It is "what happened yesterday, what is happening tomorrow, where is the money, and who did that".
Yesterday
The morning sheet: rooms sold, occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, revenue by head, collections by tender, outstanding — today beside month-to-date, the rooms in green, the ratios in gold, the money in blue — for every hotel, in the inbox after every audit, without anybody sending it.
Tomorrow
The heatmap: the month at a glance for every hotel, the days ahead painted from what is on the books, last year underneath. Rooms to sell, arrivals, departures, closing occupancy under the sheet.
The money
The cash position on one screen: what is in each bank, what leaves this week, what comes in, whether the seventh can be met. Receivables by company with what was promised; the gateway's fee and the OTA's commission matched to the rupee; the GST return prepared from the books and agreeing with them.
Who did that
Every change carries a login, a time, an address and a machine, on the record's own timeline and on one log page. The administrator can correct anything — and the log is the price.
The rule you set
"Refuse only for money; otherwise ask once and write it down." It is the product's standing rule because you said it at a desk, and the pages on this site quote you.
