Pricing

One price per room, per month, and everything on this site is in it — the POS, the booking page, housekeeping, the CRM, the books. A restaurant with no rooms pays per outlet.

There is no per-module price list. A hotel pays one figure per room per month, billed to the property, and every module on this site is in it — the POS with its outlets not counted, housekeeping, banquets, the CRM, the central desk, the books, the booking page, the manual and the support. A group pays per room across the group on one invoice. A restaurant with no rooms pays per outlet for the full POS.

What is not ours

OTA connectivity runs through the channel partner, and their fees are theirs, paid to them directly. The payment gateway is the hotel's own account. Neither is marked up here.

The number

Quoted at the demo against the actual room count, the outlets and the city, and confirmed in writing — the PMS site's pricing page says why a published figure would be the wrong one for most hotels.

Leaving

The data export exists so that leaving is possible. It is on the pricing page on purpose.
