What is next
Everything else on this site is running on a working hotel today. These are written, tested by their suites and staged, and each waits on a deliberate apply — or, in three cases, on a customer who needs it.
Everything else on this site is running on a working hotel today. These are not, yet. Each is written, tested by its suite, and staged; each waits on a deliberate apply.
At the desk
- A room change is not a rate change — moving a guest carries the agreed rate; the OTA's rate wall no longer refuses the move.
- Upgrade by category from the card, best category first, complimentary by default, with the ladder set per hotel.
- The registration card carries no balance before arrival and the stay balance after.
- A foreign guest is offered a passport first; a bad ID number is a tag, not a refusal.
- A no-show is marked by the desk and decided by the manager — the retention and the channel notice, on their own tab.
- The food on the room bill or on its own, regrouped by the administrator after the fact.
- A company abroad, or a trust, has no GSTIN and is billed all the same.
The day
- The hotel says whether its day closes itself.
- The desk stops until the day is closed — as a hard gate, not a notice.
Rates and channels
- A room type or a rate plan says whether it is for the OTAs or internal; the internal ones are never listed or pushed.
- The channel's own mapping of plans, held on our side.
The kitchen
- The kitchen store's suppliers, purchase orders and goods received on their own screen.
The books
- One ledger, many dimensions — a department, a cost centre, a project on every line.
- Intercompany posting and the model-based assistance — see the accounting page for what is next.
Elsewhere
- A door-lock interface, WhatsApp as a channel, metasearch — each when a hotel needs it.
