The card says what they are actually worth
Eleven stays, thirty-one room nights, ₹4,86,000, ADR ₹15,677, nothing owed — without anybody typing anything.
A standalone CRM knows what a salesperson typed into it. This one knows what a person paid, because the folio is the same record. So the card says what they are worth without anybody keying a number — and the list of top guests, top companies and top agents is a query, not a spreadsheet.
On the card
- Stays, room nights, revenue, ADR.
- What is owed, and since when.
- The hotels they have stayed in, and the last one.
- Their stage, their owner, their segment.
Companies and agents
A company's production is the sum of its branches, with the branches beside it; an agent's is beside the commission earned. The production reports read the same numbers, so the sales desk and the accountant look at one figure.
