The channel manager
Part of the product, not a second subscription: rates, inventory and restrictions out; bookings, modifications and cancellations in; every call kept.
Most hotel software sells a channel manager as a second product with a second login and a second idea of what a room is. Here it is a component of the same database: the rate the manager sets on the card is the rate the OTA is sent, and the booking the OTA sends is on the chart before the acknowledgement goes back.
Out
- Rates per plan and occupancy, the moment they change.
- Rooms free per type, per night — with the house allowance kept back and the overbooking allowance added.
- Restrictions in the channel's own words: minimum stay, closed to arrival, closed to departure, stop-sell.
- A block on a room, a closed date, a cancellation — each is a push within the minute.
In
- A booking, applied inline: the guest matched or created, the room given if the type has one, the price and the tax as the channel stated them, the payer set to the OTA if the OTA collected.
- A modification, applied as a change to the stay it belongs to — not as a resend that makes a second booking.
- A cancellation, applied to the stay, with the room back on sale.
What is running today
The AxisRooms connection carries bookings from Go-MMT, Booking.com, Agoda, Expedia, Cleartrip and Desiya into two working hotels — over a hundred since 10 September 2026 — and pushes rates, inventory and restrictions back, each acknowledged. Mapping every plan on the OTA side is finished hotel by hotel with the channel's team.
