The channel report
OTA production and commission, and the channel's traffic both ways — what was pushed, what came back, hotel by hotel.
Two reports read the channel. The production report says what each OTA sold — nights, revenue, commission stated, commission settled — by hotel and by month. The sync report says what the channel manager did — every push, every inbound call, succeeded or failed, with the bodies — for the person who has to answer "did the rate go?".
Production
By OTA: bookings, nights, gross, commission, net, and the cancellations and no-shows reported back. Against the settlement statements, when they are read into the books.
Traffic
By hotel, by day, both directions. The same rows the operations log reads, cut for the channel.
