The owner sent a second screenshot: the old revenue report, a date range, a payment-mode filter, six tiles and a row per invoice. This is that report, reading the invoices the product issued.

The tiles

Revenue, cash collected, bills transferred to company accounts, outstanding, ADR, RevPAR — for the range and the filter.

The rows

One per invoice: check-out date, guest, room, nights, company if any, taxable value, tax, total, paid by what, transferred where, outstanding. Filter by source, by payment mode, by company, by room type; export the lot.

Net of what was taken back

Credit notes and reversals in the range reduce the revenue they belong to, so the report agrees with the return and the ledger.
