The occupancy heatmap
One row per hotel, one column per day of the month, each cell rooms / occupancy / ARR coloured by occupancy — the days passed from what was invoiced, the days ahead from what is on the books.
The owner sent a screenshot of the report the old dashboard painted every morning. This is that report, from the live record, for every hotel the reader may see.
How to read it
Each cell is a day: rooms sold, occupancy, average rate, coloured by occupancy. The days that have passed are painted from what was invoiced; the days ahead from what is on the books; last year's row sits under every hotel; the month's column totals it.
Who sees which rows
Row-level security decides. A hotel manager sees one row; the group's owner sees all of them; nothing on the screen widens that.
