The report catalogue

A hundred and eighteen reports, each reading the live record, each saying when it cannot be produced — and readable by anyone who can log in, because they are view-only.

The catalogue is organised in packs — night audit and daily, front office, revenue, finance, the restaurant, housekeeping, the group, compliance. Each report runs from the live record with the filters it needs, exports to a spreadsheet, and prints.

The ones that cannot be produced say so

A report that needs something the hotel has not got — a bank statement never imported, a module not subscribed — is greyed with the reason, rather than returning an empty page that looks like a quiet day.

Readable by anyone who can log in

The owner's rule: if reports are view-only, everyone who logs in may see them. They are — every report is a read, the screen has no button that changes anything — so the gate is the login and row-level security, not a role.

Scheduled

Any report can be sent to an inbox on a schedule, in the hotel's name; the morning sheet after the audit is the first of them.
