E-invoicing
Above the threshold a B2B invoice is registered with the portal — IRN, acknowledgement and signed QR on the printed bill — with cancellation inside twenty-four hours and a credit note after.
Above the turnover threshold a B2B invoice is not an invoice until the Invoice Registration Portal has seen it. A hotel that prints first and registers never is issuing paper the buyer cannot claim credit on.
How it runs
An invoice to a registered buyer is claimed for registration when it is issued; a ticker sends it to the portal through the hotel's GSP; the IRN, the acknowledgement and the signed QR come back onto the invoice; the print carries them. A failure is a line with the portal's reason, retried, and visible.
Cancelling
Inside twenty-four hours, the IRN is cancelled at the portal and the invoice with it. After that, the correction is a credit note, itself registered.
Control
The e-invoice register: what was issued to a registered buyer, what was registered, what failed and why, what was cancelled. The return reads only what the portal accepted.
