What is next in the books
The two things the accounting programme deliberately left for a customer to ask for — intercompany posting between two legal entities, and the model-based assistance — and the remaining "approved by" boxes moving onto the approval machine.
This page exists so that the rest of this site does not have to lie. Everything else on the accounting pages is running on a working hotel today. These are not, by decision rather than by effort.
Intercompany posting and settlement
A transaction between two companies of one group as two linked journals, one per entity, with the elimination journal at consolidation and its approval. The rail is laid — a journal never spans two entities, the due-from and due-to accounts exist, the consolidation shows the elimination column — and the posting is built when a customer has two legal entities to prove it against.
Multi-book and leases
Statutory, IFRS and management books side by side, 4-4-5 calendars, leases under IFRS 16 — when a customer reports under a second standard.
OCR of bills and the natural-language question
Reading a vendor's bill from its picture, and asking the books a question in words. Both are model-API assistance and nothing either produces posts on its own; the rules that would check their answers are live first.
The retrofit
The "approved by" boxes the earlier stages carry — on a write-off, a refund, a credit override — move onto the approval machine one function at a time, as each is next touched.
