Invoices for the day
Every bill for the business date with its CGST/SGST split, what is paid and what is owed — and the GSTIN that can be added after the guest has gone.
The invoices tab is the day's sales register as it happens: each check-out's tax invoice, the taxable value, the slab, the CGST and SGST, what was paid and by what, and what is still owed by whom.
The GST number asked for after the guest has gone
A company guest who forgot to give the GSTIN at the desk rings the next day. The number is added to the issued invoice's buyer record — before the return is filed — without reissuing the invoice, and the register shows which bills still have no GSTIN where one was expected.
Documents that look like the hotel
The invoice, the proforma, the credit note, the registration card and the confirmation all carry the hotel's own logo, letterhead and footer, set once. A guest is handed the hotel's paper, not ours.

The revenue report reads these bills one by one, filtered every way the owner asked for; the GST return is prepared from them; the ledger receives them at the audit.
