Every log is read on one page
Bookings, rooms, mail, the channel manager, housekeeping, the books — every log the system keeps, on one screen, filtered by hotel, kind, person and day.
The schema has kept a record of nearly everything since its first month — what the hotel did, what it sent, every room state change, every call the channel made and every push we made, every housekeeping event, every journal. Each was read on its own screen, if at all. Now there is one page.
What is on it
- The booking log: taken, changed, moved, checked in, billed, corrected, by whom and from where.
- The room log: every status change, from the desk or the floor.
- The mail log: sent, delivered, bounced.
- The channel log: every push and every inbound call, with the bodies.
- The housekeeping story across every room.
- The ledger's journals.

Hotel, kind, person, day, a search over the words. Support answers "what happened to booking 4471" by reading the page, not by asking the desk to remember.
The desk shares one address
Reservations at each hotel are read at one address; a person may take their own. Mail sent by the system says which address a reply goes to, and the log shows the reply landing.
