The owner's morning sheet
One sheet for the whole estate, in the owner's inbox after every night audit — today beside month-to-date, the rooms in green, the ratios in gold, the money in blue, and tomorrow's status under it.
The owner sent the sheet they read every morning from the old system and asked for two things: that this is what the email after the night audit looks like, and that it covers every hotel. It does.
The sheet
One column of particulars: rooms sold, occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, room revenue, food revenue, other, total, tax, collections by tender, outstanding — today beside month-to-date, coloured the way the owner reads them. Under it, tomorrow: rooms to sell, arrivals, departures, closing occupancy.
The whole estate
One mail, every hotel the owner may see, one block per hotel and the group total.
Dressed for the inbox
The mail is built to be read on a phone in a mail client, with the hotel's name and the date in the subject, from an address a reply reaches a person at. Scheduled reports go out on the same timer; a report that could not be produced says why rather than sending an empty page.
